Mr. Christopher Harry Luke

Mr. Luke is an expert in stakeholder and corporate relations with broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of business development and reinvestment, strategic corporate communications, and project management. His background in corporate governance, risk management and compliance, international investment, and community economic development is remarkable.
Mr. Luke brings skills in: Public policy development, project management, grants development, corporate governance, compliance and risk management, policy evaluation and monitoring, stakeholders’ analysis, Intergovernmental relations, strategic management, public engagement, Public Private Partnership, capacity building, planning and programs monitoring, investment relations, international investment research and Int’l investment management.
Mr. Luke is currently a Senior Policy Advisor with the Ministry of Labor, Ontario, Canada. Prior to this, he served as Senior Policy Advisor with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, Senior Sector Policy Advisor with the Ministry of Economic Development, Senior Business Development Advisor, Senior Investment Research Coordinator, Senior Program and Policy Advisor, Senior Financial and Quality Control Analyst with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, Project Analyst with the Ministry of Energy, Northern Development and Mines, and former Senior Policy Advisor and Government Relations Advisor with Fidelity Investments, Canada.
In his spare time, Mr. Luke remotely volunteers his services with the City of Edina, Liberia as Special Advisor and Director to the Mayor on Economic Development, Tourism and Investment.
Mr. Luke holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cape Breton University, Canada, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Western University (formerly, the University of Western Ontario).
