Mr. Theophilus Addey

Chief Financial Expert​

Mr. Addey currently serves Policy Specialist with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in South Sudan. Prior to this, he was the Assistant Minister with the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, Liberia. Mr. Addey has also served in roles such as Director, Sector policy and External Aid, at the Ministry of Finance, Liberia, Director, National Economic Vision Planning at the previous Ministry of Planning and Economic Affairs, Liberia, Manager and National Coordinator, National Vision, and Economic Planning, Ministry of Planning and Economic Affairs, Liberia. 

Mr. Addey has a degree in Economics and Mathematics from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. He also earned various economic analysis certificates from a host of national and international organizations in Liberia and the UN system.
